Research of Real-time Interaction Method in Human-machine Interface Design and Evaluation Based on UG/OPEN

The evaluation of human-machine interface is still carried out after the products had been manufactured.This method not only need longer period and more cost,but also easily affected by the feeling and experience of appraisers,and the scientific nature of evaluation result is unable to ensure.By applying UG/Open,the evaluation software of human-machine interface is established in 3D solid model environment,which can execute the real-time interaction of design and evaluation.Otherwise,by embedding ergonomics standard data in the software,the scientific nature of evaluation result is also ensured.
