The Mineworkers' Abnormal Psychology,Job Burnout and Accident Proneness

To discuss the relationship of the mineworkers' abnormal psychology,job burnout and accident proneness, 1500 mineworkers were measured by SCL-90,job burnout questionnaire and accident proneness(the frequency of injury) questionnaire. The conclusion is that the relationships of the mineworkers' abnormal psychology,job burnout and accident proneness are positive. The important factors that influence the mineworkers' abnormal psychology are job burnout, the frequency of injury and working years. In the coal mine safety management,the problem of the mineworkers' mental health and job burnout should be taken seriously.
