Packaging Standardization Design of A Company Based on Synthetic Measurement of Human Body Parameters

Objective according to the production logistics status of A Company,put forward the packaging standardization design plan,in order to improve the production logistics efficiency of A Company and realize the standardized operation management of warehouse. Methods through the measurement of the body parameters of the warehouse operators and the joint distribution of the packaging data of the P division,the standardized design of the packing weight and size was carried out. Results the packing weight limit,dimension range and 8 standard sizes were determined. Conclusion The optimized packaging standardization scheme can reduce the fatigue strength of workers and lay the foundation for the realization of intelligent logistics and automated warehouse.
