Motivation Strategies for Civil Aviation Pilots Based on Their Work Values

research motivation strategies for civil aviation pilots based on work values to improve their work motivation and enhance flight safety level. By means of document retrieval,focus interview and questionnaire survey to clarify the dimensional structure of work values of civil aviation pilots in China. There is six dimensions for civil aviation pilots' work values: motivation strategies in labor remuneration,company environment,living conditions,working characteristics,macro environment and interpersonal relationship; the difference between importance and conformity of pilots' work values is distinguished. On the basis of the problems of civil aviation pilots' work values,a reasonable incentive strategies is conducive to improving the performance of civil aviation pilots.
