Simplification and Application of the Evaluation System for Metro Driver's Professional Competency

Objective The purpose of this paper is to construct the evaluation system of subway driver's professional competency,to simplify the evaluation system through analysis and to verify the validity of the assessment system through case analysis. Methods By using the method of literature analysis and expert interview,the competency Bayesian network model of metro drivers' competency evaluation index was selected. The analytic hierarchy process is used to screen and simplify the evaluation index,and the simplified sub Bayesian network is obtained. By analyzing the test data to determine the priori probability of the parent node,the conditional probability between the child and the parent node is calculated,and the probability of the driver's professional competency level is calculated. Results The attention quality has the most obvious influence on the metro driver's professional competency. Conclusion The evaluation system can realize the test of Subway driver's professional competency simply and efficiently.
