The Research on Classification of Teachers' Behavior in Network Context on the Leadership Perspective

This paper introduces the main points of the leadership study,and explains its enlightenment to the research of teachers’ behavior in network context. Based on the above,the paper argues the classification of teachers’ behavior and analyzes the contingency factors of circumstances and learners that affect teachers’ choice of behavior,including learning task structure,the influence of power,learning community,the locus of control and learners’ experiences.
