Investigation of Classified Method of Digital Learning Resources that Based on the learning outcomes classification theory

Most of the existing classification of digital learning resources are from the angle of the resources.The learning outcomes classification provides a kind of all new angle of view,which can come more close to a learning process,and it turns researcher,developer,users all meaningful.
