Collaborative Learning 2.0:A New Paradigm of Collaborative Learning Based on Web2.0

Based on analyzing characters of Web2.0 and the definition of collaborative learning(CL),this paper proposes the definition and characters of collaborative learning 2.0(CL2.0),presents the framework of CL2.0.On the basis of exploring theories of CL2.0,the paper explains the elements of the framework of CL2.0,and illustrates the application process of CL2.0 concretely in order to provide a new paradigm for CL in Web2.0 era.
