Exploring the Strategy of Improving the Literacy of Educational Technology of College Teacher

In the information age,as the level of teachers' educational technology literacy has a direct bearing on the success or failure of quality education and innovative education,so it is very important to improve the educational technology literacy of college teachers.On the basis of the predecessors and peers' research,a new strategy mode,which improves the educational technology literacy of college teachers,is proposed.In the strategy mode,we respectively study it from the following respects:increasing the strength of educational resources construction,proceeding educational technology training,creating the follow-up evaluation platform and constructing long-term security mechanism.
