The Application of Group Dynamics in Instruction of Information Technology in Developing Area——A Sample of Puning Normal School

The new curriculum reform has tried out in some provinces since 2004,and now it has been put in practice all over China.According to the experience in Puning Normal school which is in a developing area in Guangdong Province,the author analyzed the problems in Information technology instruction,and then gave a countermeasure—applying the group dynamics in instruction and study of information technology.
