Process Re-engineering for the Teaching Internship Based on Network Platform

In the era of cyber education,the network platform is used to improve the quality and efficiency of the teaching internship,which is crucial for one to become a proficient teacher.The current process of teaching internship should be reengineered due to the application of the network platform.According to the principle of Business Process Re-engineering,the process of the three-phrase teaching internship mode is re-engineered systematically.The new process can enhance student teachers' efficiency of teaching practice and help them keep in contact with other roles.It can also evaluate the student teachers'internship performance appropriately in the new process by process evaluation and diversified assessment.Consequently the teaching internship process can cater to the student teachers' individual need.
