Research on Teaching Decision-Making Visualization Modle’s Designment and Application

From the angle of professional skills training teachers, we have designed and developed a supporting teaching decision-making model for beginner in teaching, and then switched to a teaching decision-making conceptual map/thinking introduction template. And it was applied to teachers’s education practice. The purpose is to help beginners in teaching learn scientific and stable teaching decision-making method, to find effective ways of teaching decision-making knowledge visualization.
