Study on the Interaction Features of Second Life

CAO Qiao-qiao (Institute for E-learning and Management, Department of Educational Sciences and Administration, Nanjing University, Nanjing 210093, China)  
Recently, more and more foreign educators pay attentions to 3D online game "Second Life" in order to apply it to distance learning. All kinds of schools, including some top universities, are building their virtual campus in Second Life. Based on analysis and study on interaction features of Second Life, this paper try to explore some strategies to improve the design of distance learning environment in China.
