The Existing Problem Among University-school Collaborative Research and Teacher as Researcher——Analyze the Phenomenon of The Elementary and High Schools Teachers’Missing Identity

The elementary and high schools teachers has not manifested the researcher role,and forms the phenomenon of missing identity when carry out the cooperation research with the university.The article analyzes identity of the missing researchers’ all sorts of performance and the influence,and then it proposes some improvement strategy.The strategy will make a little attempt to enrich the understanding of educator.Also,bring educators some hope,inspiration and reflection.
