The Metaphor and Enlightenment of “Stone Soup” in the Information Technology Teaching

This paper gives a brief introduction of a story named "Stone Soup",and expounds the metaphor of teaching role,teaching methods,teaching process and teaching concept,as well as the enlightenment of "Stone Soup" in the information technology teaching. This paper also summarizes the eight kinds of teaching roles,three kinds of teaching methods,four teaching steps and four teaching ideas of the story. Meanwhile,it reveals the vitality of information technology teaching implied in "Stone Soup".
