Research on Promoting the Practical Ability for Educational Technology Students by the Multistage and Progressive Model

Taking the practical ability development as the breakthrough of solving employment predicament for educational technology students under the current economic situation and social background has become a consensus in academic circles,but to effectively solve the graduate employment problem is a systematic project,especially in the situation of increasingly refining for labor division. Firstly,we should clarify the levels and structure of education technology practical ability,plan multistage incremental practice projects,construct open and effective practice link,and centering on this,the existing experimental equipment utilization and new resources environment construction,professional quality development of experimental teachers and full-time teachers,mutual win-win strategies for cooperation between colleges and enterprises,sustainable supports for graduates during their initial job stage should be choreographed and deserve special attention.
