Construct Network Support Environment for Teachers' Professional Development System Research

With the development of the concept of modern education,teachers' professional development model "theory first" and "technology first" has been questioned.To explore a "Knowledge and Action" of the teacher professional development mode,combining the theory of teachers professional development,analysis of typical platform proposed experts to lead the high support,technology,resources and management support to communities of practice as the core of the underlying network support environment,attempts to teacher training,day-to-day teaching and teaching and research organic model of development to achieve the integration of teaching and research training.
