Taking a real class as study object,we compare the traditional education and inverted classroom in terms of teaching philosophy, contents, organizations and study methods in the three educational phases,i.e.before class, during class and after class. It reveals that flipped classroom follows the student-centered teaching philosophy and arranges teaching reasonly. The flipped classroom also has the advantages of organizing teaching activities through the "ask" and "listening" and improving teaching effect aiming at students' interests.A series of suggestions proposing addition-multiplication coefficient on measuring workload, reducing educational cost and resolving teachers' problem through the establishment of "Lao Shaopei" during the implemention of inverted classroom in higher education are presented.
