Top-level Design and Implementation Strategy for the Blended Curriculum Construction Project——Taking Shandong Normal University for Example

Promoted by the modern information technology, the blended teaching mode is now under vigorous development and is of great significance and practical value for the cultivation of creative talents. This article aims to promote the top-level design of blended teaching reform at the school level. Meanwhile, to build the implementation strategy of blended curriculum construction project in universities from five aspects, including policy mechanism guarantees, dynamic management evaluation, hypercycle of training and seminars, collaboration of practice community and integration of teaching and research. Finally, this article gives in-depth explanations and reflections on problems encountered in project implementation and teaching practice. The practice has proved that the construction of the top-level design and implementation strategy builds the atmosphere of the reform of the blended teaching mode, promotes the deep integration of the information technology and the course teaching, and promotes the teachers' teaching mode and the change of the students' learning style. At the same time, it also provides a real way for the construction of mixed courses and the implementation of teaching in other colleges and universities.
