Estimation to the Measurement Uncertainty on the Quantification of Peroxide Value in Instant Noodles

This article estimates the measurement uncertainty of the peroxide value in a instant noodles sample, according to JJF1059-1999 and other related data. In the end, the authors give some suggestions about the problems in the process of estimate.
