Analysis and Defensive Measure on Gale Disaster of Animal Husbandry Transferring in Altay Area

The circulation character which has formed the gale weather during animal husbandry transferring in spring and the feature of animal husbandry in Altay area has been analyzed. The experiment result indicated that there were four main kinds of reasons which formed the gale weather during animal husbandry transferring. They are ridge (obstructed plenum) decaying、ridge developing、the Salt sea-the Ural Mountains formed the circulation character which blow the gale towards west; the Siberia and Xinjiang height ridge obstruction formed the circulation character which blow the gale towards east .The gale disaster not only became more intense heat depletion rate of the flock and formed frozen disaster and also made the flock lost .We should take the defensive measure actively during the animal husbandry transferring to make the least loss.
