A Comparative Analysis of High Wind Data before and after Relocation of Hundred-Li Wind Zone

Based on the monthly high wind days,average wind speed and wind direction data in the wind area 51495 old site(Qijiaojing national basic weather stations)in 1956-1998 and the new site(13 rooms national basic weather stations) of Xinjiang during1999-2016. This paper compared and analyzed the methods of linear regression,correlation analysis and homogeneity test in analysis of high wind,season,month change characteristics and trends. The results showed that:the station 51495 had a significant fluctuation trend in the high wind days in the preceding years,with a tendency rate of6.74 d·(10 a)~(-1),with the most obvious summer increase. The annual mean wind speed decreased slightly,with the trend rate of-0.01 m·s~(-1)·(10 a)~(-1),the most significant decline in autumn;The dominant wind direction of the year is the calm wind and the north wind(N). In the following years,the number of high wind days in the relocating station was significantly decreased,and the decline rate was-6.72 d·(10 a)~(-1),which was the most obvious in spring. The annual average wind speed decreases the trend of the moving station,and the trend rate is-0.31 m·s~(-1)·(10 a)~(-1). Except winter the dominant wind direction of the other three seasons is basically the same and the north wind(N,NNW,NNE)is the majority.
