VERIATION OF SERUM CK MB AND CTn T OF PROTECTIVE EFFECT ON MYOCARDIUM WITH COLD WARM BLOOD CARDIOPLEGIA IN THE CANINE

To investigate the effects of blood cardioplegia on myocardial protection,twentyeight mongrel dogs were equally divided into four groups:group A,infusion with cold crystalloid(4℃);group B,infusion with cold blood cardioplegia (10℃);group C,on the base of group A,infusion with warm blood cardioplegia(37℃) at 5 min before opening artia clamping;group D,infusion cold blood cardioplegia(20℃),combined with warm blood cardioplegia the same as group C undergoing same CPB,the coronary venous blood samples were collected during ischemia and reperfusion to measure serum Creatine Kinase isoenzyme(CK MB) activities and cardiac thoponin T(CTn T) contents respectively The results showed:CK MB increase was the lowest in group D during reperfusion phase (P0 05 or P0 01) The levels of CTn T increased dramatically at the times of 30、60min of reperfusion respectively from the basic value(P0 01);Meanwhile,the content of CTn T in group D was the lowest during reperfusion The study suggested that measure of serum CK MB and CTn T could accurately assess myocardial injury degree,and that the myocardium injury was the slightest under united infusion of cold and warm blood cardioplegia
