A preliminary observation on the decreasing of immune function in the patients with intracranial tumor
Zhao Kuang-yan, et al.
The immune competent test of lymphocyte in peripheral blood had been performed in 96 patients with intracranial tumor and 53 normal persons. The test showed that the lymphocyte transformation percentage (LTT％), the erythrocyte rosette forming cell percentage (E-RFC％) and the absolute number of lymphocytes (LYM) were statisticly significantly different between the pattents and the control group (P0.001). The IgG and C3 were also dignificantly different (P0.05). The results suggest that the immune function in the brain-tumor patients is lower than in the healthy persons.
