Research of the Dynamic MAC Protocol of Wireless LAN Distributed Coordination Function

This paper analyses a channel model of IEEE802.11 DCF,which simultaneously use the Stop-and-Wait(SW) CSMA/CA and 4-Way Handshake(4-WH) CSMA/CA protocol.Then we introduce the theoretical analysis of the packet delay for this hybrid model,calculate the packet delay and verify the analytical results by computer simulation.
