Effect of the Fermentation Broth of Amorphophal Lussp on the Blood Lipids in Experimental Hyperlipidemia Mice

Objective To observe the influence of fermentation broth of Amorphophal lussp on the blood lipids in experimental hyperlipidemia mice.Methods The model of hyperlipidedemia was established by intragastric administration with high-fat feed and the levels of TG,TC and HDL-C in serum of mice were deterined after three weeks and six weeks.Results Compared with model group,fermentation broth of Amorphophal lussp could obviously decreased the levels of TG and TC(P﹤0.01) in serum of experimental hyperlipidedimia mice and elevate the level of HDL-C(P﹤0.01).Conclusion Fermentation broth of amorphophal lussp has the preventive and therapeutic effect on hyperlipemia.
