Effects of Hormones on Physiological and Biochemical Changes in Regeneration of Lilium longiflorum Thunb

Using the different period bulb of new varieties of the Lilium longiflorum Thunb 'ShenXiang1' as the experimental material,the effects of hormones on physiological and biochemical variations of the Lilium longiflorum Thunb were determined and analyzed under MS medium added 6-BA 0.5 mg·L-1+NAA 0.1 mg·L-1 and one without hormone.The results showed that the increase of soluble protein and non-soluble protein content in the regenerated seedlings of the Lilium longiflorum Thunb which was treated with hormone was much bigger.Proper hormome treatment could induce the mutual transformation of its soluble sugar and starch content,and increased the Lilium longiflorum Thunb contents of superoxide dismutase(SOD),Catalase(CAT) and Phenylalanine ammonia-lyase(PAL),meanwhile brought down Malondidehyde(MDA) of its.It was concluded that the hormone treatment could enhance the protein and carbohydrate metabolism in the process of Lilium longiflorum Thunb differentiation and de-differentiation,and promoted its organizational resistance.
