Study on NCO376 of Sugarcane Infected by Mix Ustilago scitaminea

In this study,NCO376 immunity to the sugar cane smut race 1 and 2 was used as host material,and smut spores were collected in National Nursery of Sugarcane Germplasm Resources(NNSGR) to study the resistance for NCO376 and smut physiological race in National Nursery of Sugarcane Germplasm Resources according to dipping,cutting the stems and shake off the Ustilago scitaminea spores,irrigating bacteria liquid and other methods of artificial inoculation for sugarcane smut fungus infection experiments.The results showed that: in 5 × 106 spores/mL dipping group test,the contol rate was 16 %,the lowest bacteria liquid infection rate was 2.5 %,the highest cutting the stem infection rate was 25.8 %;in water dipping group test,bacteria liquid infection rate was 0,the cutting stem infection rate was 13 %,shaking smut spores infection was 0.In the bacteria liquid dipping material group,the cutting stem group infection rate shake smut spores group dipping control group bacteria liquid irrigation group;in water dipping group test,the higher infection rate for cutting stem was observed,and bacteria liquid irrigation and shake the smut spores was no easy to infect the host material.According to the standard dipping group control test,a new physiological race could existed in the National Nursery of Sugarcane Germplasm Resources.
