Analysis on Inter-Simple Sequence Repeats in 14 Actinidia Varieties

Inter-Simple Sequence Repeats(ISSR) was applied to detect genetic diversity of the samples of 14 Actinidia varieties collected from the Centre of Kiwifruit Research and Development,Sichuan Natural Resources Research Institution.6 ISSR primers produced 103 bands,of which 84 bands were polymorphic.The polymorphic bands accounted for 82.41% of the total bands.UPGMA(Un-weighted Pair Group Mathematics Average) clustering analysis displayed the genetic relation among the varieties.The ISSR markers indicated that the genetic distance of Actinidia varieties was related with their distribution,and some of them distributing closely could get together.Molecular markers could be used for classifying and identifying the germplasms of Actinidia,as well as for breeding of fine varieties.
