Empirical Study of Student Satisfaction Index in EC Major

As a new major,electronic commerce develops very quickly in these years.This article firstly in- troduces the satisfaction index theory and investigates the satisfaction index (SI) of electronic commerce major students on this basis,then makes a empirical study of the information through statistics method, finding that the form of major introduction,employment future and course arrangement have obvious effects on the SI of students,at last gives suggestions on these factors.
