Classifying method of critical paths in network planning including unexpected incident and its applications

This paper firstly uses the connection number a+bi+cj of SPA to express the time uncertainty and time delay caused by fuzzy, unknown or unforeseen factors and unexpected incident for the process of a project, gives the classifying method of critical paths in network planning. The illustrating example indicates that, the concept of primary critical paths, secondary critical paths and third critical paths etc, can provide more useful information for the forecasting of time limit and management control of a project.
