Research on human resource management in Tibetan listed companies

This paper is a partial output of Research on Human Resource Management in Tibetan Listed Companies, a National Nature Science Fund program in 2001. The program, based upon the individual analysis toward the six listed companies in Tibet, proposes the core of the research on human resource management in Tibetan listed companies and undertakes micro-comparison among the six listed companies with each company achieving the information of 104 codes. It also leads to some conclusions toward the research of status quo assessment for human resource and human resource diagnoses and analyses for these companies.
