Discuss the Evolution of the New South African Language Policy and its Effects on Education

This article taking the recent development of language policy as the background,discusses the related questions of the reality of language using and performing.This article illustrates and explains some cases in South Africa,such as the problems which PANSALB encountered,the situation of languages used in public,the classification of the languages used in families,as well as the languages used in school teaching.These cases indicate that South Africa is still beset with difficulties in implementing the language policy and forming the wide national agreement.
