The Value-orientation of American administration reform and its enlightenments

Marketization?loosening rules and decentralizing power are the three ki nds of basic value-orientation of American administration reform.Chinese adminis tration reform doesn't belong to the same stage of modernization as America's, therefore,the two countries haven't too many policies in common between them,ev en so,we can also get some beneficial enlightenments from the latter.
