Legal Protection for Enterprise`s Name Right From Imitating Famous Enterprises' Names

The essence which famous enterprise has been drawn nearly is in infring ing enterprise`s name right.Causing the reason of state lie in disappearance of current relevant legal provisions in our country.Therefore, we must accelerate making and perfecting the relevant law.To the enterprise,It`s a better counterm easure of now of still for prosecuting others as illegal contest.
