The 21st century,web-based distance education institution stands in great numbers,how to form the superiority in the intense market competition? On the basis of dealing with relationship inside or outside the institution under the direction of Relationship Marketing this paper tries to analysis learner's characteristic by establishing dynamic database, achieve student's maintenance by providing high quality and personalized service,which are the keys to promote a sustainable development of web-based education.
