Research on the Construction of Interaction and Collaborative Learning Model in Distance Teaching Platform

Teaching platform is very important to the reorganization of teaching and learning in distance education, but it is found that there are many deficiencies in the designing of instructional and interactive functions in many systems. According to the theories of interaction and collaborative learning, we construct a model of interaction and collaborative learning to improve the platform's function. The model is composed of five modules, including web-course designing module based on learning object and content increasing, the collaborative learning module,IM and SMS insetting module,learning behavior tracking module with e-tutor guiding. At last, every module' s function, internal structure and related technologies are explained in detail.
