Accessible Design Principle in the Modern Distance Education for the People with Disabilities

Whether the modern distance education can be applicable to people with disabilities depends on the accessibility of the web pages and resources, in addition to the ability of people with disabilities themselves. After explaining the differentiation of information technology and assistive technology, we will research the accessible principle for webpage. Word, and PDF. Finally, we will propose the way for raising the level of the Informational Accessibility of our country.
