Research on Activity of E-Tutor in Virtual Learning Community

The paper discussed how e-tutor instructs student' s study well in virtual learning community through the case design and action research. The paper has provided the foundation frame of guiding activity, and the description of action research process, which may provide reference to other curricula of e-tutors carry on. This research may provide reference to e-tutors' activities in Network Education Institute as well as other online education, facilitating the concretion of online tutors' role and responsibility transformation , promoting the development of professional training of online tutors.
