The Problems to Rural Distance Learners and the Solutions

Li Xinfang ( Pan'an Center of Zhejiang Radio & TV University, Pan'an Zhejiang 322300)  
The rural Learners have their particularity .The investigation has shown that commonly they have studying problems such as the externalism of studying motivation, the variety of studying obstacles,the tradition of studying method,the weakness of studying psychology and the lack of studying ability.Aiming at these problems,the author has put forward"the Five-five administrative patterns",that is to say,carrying out five items of education,fulfiling five rules,of-fering five supports,cultivating five kinds of ability and taking five measures.He has also achieved good results.
