The Evolution of Corporation Organization Theories and their structures:An Exploratory Analysis from Marketing-based Perspective

The start and end-result of all business in a firm is to meet the customers’ demand Because of the characteristics discussing how to supply effectively the products required by customers, marketing has gradually developed the guiding policy of corporation business The dynamic process of customers’ demand and increasingly enriching meaning of customers per se drive the change of marketing philosophy, and further cause the evolution of corporation organization theory and organization structure The article first explains the change of marketing philosophy from a perspective of customers’ demand then, based on marketing, analyses the evolution of corporation organization theory and organization structure And finally points out that organization theory and organization structure presents the evolving trend from high centralization of state power to high empowerment, and that the dynamic network structure or global organization structure is the developing orientation with the changing of marketing philosophy from entirely basing on corporation benefit via giving priority to corporation and finally to taking the broad sense customers as the core
