This paper gives a brief introduction of structural elimination method.It provides a simple demonstration on how to use this method in fault diagnosis.The article brings forward an applicable way to diagnose fault with multiple parameters.It also presents a fault diagnostic approach in tube leakage.Finally,it analyses the advantages of structural elimination method and indicates the further research directions in its application.
