Determination of residual cyclohexane level in the insolubleimplantment with head-space gas chromatography

Objective To determine residual level of cyclohexane in the dissoluble implantment with gas chromatography. Methods The sample was pulverized. Then it was put into injector tube and the temperature was kept at 60 ℃ for balance. The cyclohexane was determined with gas chromatography; the stationary phases was SE 30; the temperature of column was controlled at 80℃. Results The calibration curve for cyclohexane was linear within the concentration range of 10～110 μg/L( r= 0 999 8 ,n=6) . The average recovery was 101 4%. RSD was 2 8 %. The limit of detection was 3 4 μg/L. Conclusion This paper prov ides more reliable method to determine concentration of organic solvent in si milar drugs.
