Optimization design and application of 200MW steam turbine unit

Limited by the design idea,design technology and manufacturing process capability,due to many years of operation,the ageing of the important components,power plant No. 5 steam turbine unit efficiency is low,the operation economic efficiency is bad. The steam turbine unit under 100% rated conditions of heat consumption rate is 8664. 2 k J / k Wh,higher heat consumption rate design THA condition 311. 8 k J / k Wh. By using the bend torsion joint 3D static blade molding technology,row cylinder automatic spray cooling technology,oil block air seal bearing housing leakage protection technology,steam turbine shaft bearing circulating oil lubrication cooling technology and so on,heat loss reduced to8180 k J / k Wh,heat consumption dropped by 464 k J / k Wh,generating heat consumption dropped by5. 36%,and brought considerable economic benefits.
