Knowledge Creation by Individual and Firm

Knowledge creation in firms can be divided into four levels:individual,group or team,firm and inter-firm enviroinment. As employee is the real learning entity,individual knowledge is the main source of knowledge creation in firm. As one of the three elements of knowledge creation,the SECI process,the conversion of tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge,is the foundation of knowledge creation in firm;knowledge "ba" provides a context and shared place for knowledge creation in firm;knowledge asset which consists of the inputs,outputs and moderators through the knowledge creation process,provides basis and energy for further knowledge creation. Some suggestion for the knowledge management in China has been also put forward.
