The Clinical Study of Rosuvastatin on Blood Lipid and Nerve Function in Patients with Arteriosclerosis Cerebral Infarction

Objective:To study the effect of rosuvastatin on blood lipid and nerve function in patients with arteriosclerosis cerebral infarction.Method:94 patients with arteriosclerosis cerebral infarction were selected in our hospital from 2013 to 2015,they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, 47 cases in each group,the control group was only given with routine therapy for cerebral infarction,the experimental group was received rosuvastatin on the basis of routine treatment,the blood lipid level and the changes of nerve function in the two groups were observed and compared after one month.Result:After 1 month of treatment,the improvement of blood lipid level in experimental group was better than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).The neurological function of the test group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:The effect of rosuvastatin on blood lipids in patients with arteriosclerosis cerebral infarction is excellent,and it can effectively improve the nerve function of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
