On human resource management of primary public hospital and the influence factors under the new medical reform

Objective:To analyze the effect of human resource management and influence factors of primary hospital,and put forward policy suggestions according to the problems.Methods:Questionnaire survey was used to the hospital ward staff.Results:The degree of satisfaction of hospital medical staff was above the average,the degree of hospital culture construction was medium level,and the effect of staff training was poor.The main influence factors were hospital culture,departmental cohesion,assessment system and the attention of the human resource management.Conclusion:The conductor should formulate reasonable salary distribution and evaluation system,strengthen the construction of hospital culture,design of practical training content,consolidate clinical skills of doctors,improve qualified recruitment,and establish the internal cultivation mechanism.
