HAN Dan-ya.Department of Cardiology,Affiliated Hospital of Wuhan Science and Technology university,Hubei,Wuhan 430064,China
Objectives To investigate the relationship between high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and the severity of coronary artery disease(CAD).Methods 32 patients with stable angina pectoris(SAP group),42 patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP group)and 24 patients with acute myocardial farction(AMI group)were enrolled.50 healthy people were chosen as control group.Hs-CRP and cTnI、CK、CK-MB level of all enrolled person were detected. Results The hs-CRP level of control group,SAP group,UAP group and AMI group were(2.3±0.6)mg/L、(4.2±0.5)mg/L、(8.0±1.3)mg/L、(17.6±3.6)mg/L respectively. There was a significant rise tendency in those groups,AMI groupUAP groupSAP groupcontrol group.cTnI increased only in UAP and AMI group signi-ficantly.CK and CK-MB only increased in AMI group significantly. Conclusion hs-CRP level has a close relationship with the severity of CAD.
