The effect of tumor necrosis factor alpha and interleukin-6 of benazepril combined with spironolactone in patients with heart failure

Objective To observe the punitive effect of lotensin combined with spironolactone in the treatment of patients with heart failure and elicit on tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-a) and interleukin 6(IL-6).Methods From November 2014 to October 2015,selecting 66 cases of patients with heart failure in Oinghai cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease hospital,department of arrhythmia,according to the method of random numbers,all the patients were divided into observation group and control group,33 cases in each group.Control group were treated with conventional drugs with Benazepril lor treatment,observation group on the basis of control group were given spironolactone for treatment.Compared the two groups before and after five months of treatment with left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),5 minutes walking distance,tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α),interleukin 6(IL-6) level changes,and adverse reaction.Results After treatment,the clinical curative effect of observation group was significantly higher than the control group(87.88%vs.60.61%,x~2=6.418,P =0.011).Compared with before treatment,after treatment of the 2 groups of TNF-α,IL-6,LVESD,alpha 6 LVEDD decreased.LVEF,5 min walking distance were increased(P 0.05);and alter treatment the observation group TNF-α,IL-6 level was significantly lower than the control group[(6.57 ±0.61) ng/L vs.(7.86±0.76) ng/L.(29.43 ±2.45) ng/L vs.(38.65 ±3.54) ng/L,t=7.604,t = 12.303;P 0.05].LVESD and LVEDD were significantly lower than the control group[(43.54 ± 3.08) mm vs.(47.05 ±3.25) mm,(51.24 ±4.57) mm vs.(56.54±5.02) mm.t =4.503.t =4.485.P 0.05],LVEF and 5min walking distance was significantly higher than that of control group[(45.54 ± 4.87)%vs.(38.54 ± 4.05)%and(282.54 ±25.42) m vs.(252.32 ±22.54) m,t =6.349.t =5.110,P 0.05].Conclusion Lotensin combined with spironolactone can effectively reduce heart failure in patients with TNF-α,IL-6,LVESD,LVEDD level,increased LVEF level with high security.
