The Short-term Intensive Training Model for Teachers of Chinese in Southeast Asian Nations

The paper proposes a workable short-term intensive training model for teachers of Chinese in Southeast Asian nations.This model focuses on the controlling of the training process and results as well as the assessment criteria.Its features find expression in the established model of teaching planning,the standard teaching process,the individual characteristics of teaching contents,the combination of process with results and the integration of criteria with individuality.
